The month of October is full of fun stuff to do, but for those looking for a unique local Halloween event unlike anything else, Scarywood Park delivers both the thrills and the chills. Silverwood Park, a popular local attraction in the Coeur d’Alene area, transforms into scary-good fun for the fall season, providing rides, games, and excitement, as well as costumed monsters and various haunted activities.
Open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from September 27th until October 27th, Scarywood Park offers attractions and activities like Silverwood’s signature rides, seven different “scare zones,” and 5 walk-through haunted attractions. For 2018, visitors will have access to the brand-new Pharoah’s Curse haunt, filled with stolen treasures and awakened evils. If that’s not your style, you can head to scare zones like Clown Town or Scarecrow Corner, or even the new Dillusion show!
Ticket prices for this local Halloween event in Silverwood Park vary depending on the day. Prices are most affordable on Thursdays, but Fridays and Saturdays have longer hours. Scarywood Park is not recommended for children under 12. Whether you’re coming with friends, family, or bringing a date, this event is sure to be a great time for everyone – if they’re brave enough, that is.
